Hi Gerald,

I purchased and downloaded the C-130 this weekend. Everything works well with one exception. The Landing and Taxi lights don't work. That means they don't light up when turning on. Beacon, Nav and Strobe work. I'm using X-Plane 11 on Linux. I don't know where the problem is. Hope you can help me.

hi Uwe. i have no experience with linux. i use a PC. you may find some help on a forum.

something you can try: you can open planemaker and load the c-130. go to the menu up top and find standard/viewpoint/exterior lights and uncheck hide for the landing and taxi lights. then save and try that.

all else fails you may have to try another linux version. that is a guess.

Hi Gerald,
thank you very much for your help. Planemaker was the solution. It was a little bit tricky adjusting the landing lights to the correct position and adding taxi lights to the main gear. But now it works. If you are interested, take a look at my homepage. There you'll find a lot of your planes. English language can be selected in the menu on the left. Have a good time.
