Free Update Policy

Our free update policy extends for 2 full years after purchase of aircraft. A max limit on downloads is 12. Please make this last by limiting your downloads to a minimum. Be careful not to over-click the download link. 12 downloads should be plenty to last a 2 year period.

File Retrieval

Backing up files you purchase here is buyer's responsibility. For any file retrieval there will be a $3.00 fee for each file needed. This will cover costs of time to research the sale,  upload the file to the server, and provide a link to download  The good news is you wont have to purchase the aircraft a second time. The service is intended to be of your benefit and not a penalty.

Copyrights and permissions for Home and Commercial use: 

Home Personal:

You may use the files you purchase in any way you would like as long as they stay on the computer system you personally use at home. 

• You may edit the aircrafts you purchase as long as the edits you make stay on your hard drive only. This might include making your own livery or instrument panel.
• You may NOT use parts or liveries from any aircraft to build your own. 
• You may NOT share any aircraft in whole or part with anyone.
• You may NOT sell aircraft from this website in whole or part.

Commercial:

You may use 1 aircraft purchased per system. If you have multiple computers you have to purchase 1 aircraft per system used.

• You may edit the aircrafts you purchase as long as the edits you make stay on your systems hard drive only. This might include making your own livery or instrument panel.
• You may NOT use parts or liveries from any aircraft to build your own. 
• You may NOT share any aircraft in whole or part with anyone.
• You may NOT sell aircraft from this website in whole or part.
